Data Shuttle Error

Hi All, I am hoping someone can help me with this data shuttle error:

Workflow Execute: Your workflow maps columns that no longer exist. Please refresh your mapping to remove the deleted columns.

While normally I would go in and refresh the columns, and it would be fine, this time I am copying all of the columns verbatim, and no columns have been removed. Has anyone ever experienced this issue before?

it really looks like someone was messing with the columns.

Have you created new data shuttle connection to with another sheet to see if it's occurring?

Hello @kowal That's the catch, I am the only person with access to this sheet. I am wondering if it's because there are too many columns in it. I have other data shuttles with less information going over that seem to work fine, so I may have to do some finessing there.

if you are the only one with the access and it was working so far but suddenly stopped this is something that only Smartsheet Support can resolve I guess. I work a lot with DataShuttle but I never had those issues.

I think it had to do with the size of the sheet. When I broke it down into smaller parts, I was able to get the feature to work.

but it shall not be the case the size of the sheet shall not impact the mapping removal.

I would contact support on that.
