Looking to create an automated flow to disseminate data and updates.

Hello! I am looking to create a unique flow that looks like this:

Form → Master Sheet → Break out into Individual sheets by qualifier → Any updates to the master sheet subsequently update the broken out sheets → any updates to the broken out sheets subsequently update the master sheet in a loop

The long and short is that we need 1 uniform place to document incoming project requests, but then to be able to automate routing to the right team, and for when updates occur from the team for that to update the master sheet, and if the request is updated in the master sheet for it to update for the responsible team automatically.

Any ideas? I've played around with routing numerous times and can't seem to find something that accepts this type of routing.

Can the different teams see each other's information, or should it only be viewed by the assigned team?
