Sharing pages with new user does not work properly

Christ.

For context, I have been using Smartsheet for the last 4 years, I have an Abassador acocunt that got lost when I change emails.

I'm admin in my organisation. We have 10 licences an over 100 Unlicences users,

I recently add one user and add it to a group. The group has Editor right on some sheet. But the user can't see the sheets.
Even if I share the shee directly to the user, nothing shows.

The weirder thing is that I can add a comment with their name "@user" and they get the notification and can then access the sheet. At this point, the sheet will be visible in their account. only for a breif moment.

They can return to the sheet by using the notification. It is not great, but it is a work arround.

Have you seen that before? Any solution ?

You may want to reach out to support. I saw this behavior a couple of weeks ago with major lags/delays/issues with sharing permissions. It resolved itself after a few days though, so I never had any interaction with support on this issue.
