See all WorkApps, sheets, and other items shared to a Group

How can I see all WorkApps, sheets, and other assets shared to a Group? I pulled the Group sheet access report but it does not show WorkApp permissions.

You're correct, there isn’t a direct way to see which WorkApps roles are assigned to a Group in Smartsheet. After looking into this, I found an existing product idea post: WorkApps User Management. Be sure to add your vote to support this request!

You're correct, the Group Sheet Access Report only includes a list of sheets shared with the selected group. WorkApp permissions are not included in this report at this time.

However, from the Admin Center, you can access the WorkApps Collaborator Pack Monthly Usage tile. This allows you to view WorkApps collaborator usage and download a report that lists individual paid collaborators who have accessed one or more apps shared with them in the current calendar month. If you'd like to see more reporting options related to WorkApps and Groups, I encourage you to submit a request in the Smartsheet Product Feedback & Ideas category.

Thanks, @Isaac A. Am I correct in thinking there is no way to see what WorkApps roles are assigned to a Group? If it were possible I could create a solution using the API or Bridge.
