License requirements

I’ve heard EU instance of Smartsheet requires a license of every user regardless of being the content creator or editor. I am also told that the US will be moving to that financial arrangement in 2026. Does this mean everyone will need a license in 2026 even if it is just to fill out a form.

It's the same regardless of whether it's the EU or the US instance.

It's already active. In general, yes, you'll need a license to do anything except view, send forms, answer requests, and similar.

Currently people are able to fill out forms without a license. Just want to confirm that it was changing.
