Smartsheet Integration with PowerPoint Office Timeline Pro+ Error

I keep receiving the below error when I try to Integrate my Smartsheet with Office Timeline Pro +.

Anyone have a solution to this?

Solution: Add '.smartsheet.com' to your Firewall Allow List.

Are you trying to import data from Smartsheet into Office Timeline? If so, are you taking the steps here?: Import your Smartsheet data into Office Timeline. You can also check out the how to video for this here: How to import from Smartsheet.

If you’re attempting to embed assets from Brandfolder into PowerPoint, take a look here for the steps: Microsoft Office integrations.

I’d also try in a different browser to see if this is related to a specific browser or not. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket so the relevant team can investigate the issue.
