Editing Features without a license

I would like to understand in which way a user could edit a smartsheet without holding a license for smartsheet.

    @G.Stefania

    Update requests.
    Integrations
    External API

    That said this is also dependent on your plan. When you say hold a license could you provide more specifics about if you mean legacy collab or USM? with or without Advanced?

    And when you mean hold a license you mean like literally be marked as a licensed user correct?

    Hi,

    I hope you're well and safe!

    If you're using the new user subscription model, you can do this without having a license.

    You can submit a form, answer any request (Update, approval), view Smartsheet assets, and access shared dynamic views.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

    Be safe, and have a fantastic day!

    I want to make sure I understand as renewals are approaching. We have roughly 200 users in our plan; 60 of them are licensed. Under the new USM, it sounds like my options for internal users will be Member or Viewer. Viewers can still complete Update Requests or fill out Forms without issue? They just won't be able to manipulate info directly on the base sheet?
