Unable to access Dynamic view feature in Smartsheet

Hi Team,

I recently upgraded to a Smartsheet Premium account, and I was expecting to access Dynamic View as part of the premium features. However, I’m currently unable to see the Dynamic View option in my account.

Could someone please help me understand:

• Is Dynamic View included in all premium plans?
• Do I need to enable it separately or request access?
• Where should I look to verify if it’s available in my environment?

I’d appreciate any guidance or steps I can take to get this resolved.

Can you double-check the plan name in the Plan & Billing Info?

How many users are there on the account?

Are you the Admin?

Thanks for replying,

I rechecked my account details, i have Enterprise plan for my account.

Currently I have 2 users added in my account, and i am the System Admin of the account.
Still the feature is not available in the account.

Dynamic View isn't available in the Enterprise Plan and has to be added as an add-on with an additional cost.

Have you added it that way, or were you under the impression it was included in the Enterprise plan?

Or did you upgrade your Enterprise plan recently?

I have recently bought this account and was under the impression that this feature should be part of my Enterprise application.

Can you please tell me the documentation or some reference that states the same.
