Split sheet to protect sensitive data

Currently, I have a workspace with sheets & reports but not everyone can access due to sensitive data. I've created a report & grant access to the user.

Noticed that, the report will show empty because user didn't have access for the workspace.
May I ask for help on how to manage on such ?

a.) We don't want to share the workspace & the source sheet to user.
b.) Just want to pull some specific items from the sheet.

The important is the source sheet covered everything & we need live update function.

This functionality can be achieved using the premium add-on Dynamic View. Unfortunately, that is the only option that will work exactly as you have outlined here.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

Premium App, Dynamic View
Premium App, WorkApps
I recently developed a (what I call) Dynamic View Light. It's quite advanced, but in short, it uses cross-sheet formulas, INDEX/MATCH, and a specific structure and method, so it can only show data that should be available.

Would any of those options work/help?
