Copying/Exporting Comments and Attachments

Our teams love to communicate updates on their Smartsheets, but I'm wondering what the options are to copy/export these conversations and attachments.
We'd like to archive the information into the project folders at closeout, but we would also like to be able to view the comments/attachments on some type of project dashboard while it's still live.
Is it possible to have a central "hub" for attachments and comments from different sheets in the same workspace/folder - perhaps putting them on a report or dashboard somehow - so we can check for updates from different teams during our project review meetings?
I'm open to alternatives here, so please let me know if there are recommendations for a different way to capture this collected information.

Hi @S.Stone
The easiest way to view latest conversations in a sheet is by adding a latest comment column to your worksheet. This can then be pulled into any report but the problem with this method is that it will only capture the last comment on that row. however, to download all comments from a Smartsheet sheet, you can export the sheet to Excel. This will create a separate tab in the Excel file containing all the comments, along with the corresponding row numbers. You can also filter the sheet to show only comments by using the Conversations icon in the right panel.
For downloading the Attachments, you can open the paper clip icon on the right hand panel for Attachments and download all.
I know this is probably not the best method and what you're asking is possible through Control Center as I have recently learnt. But that is a bit more elaborate and complex solution design.
Hope this helps.

This is all fantastic information - thank you very much!
I'll look through some options here, and I'll dive into Control Center Training this week to see how that works (our team is actually discussing that add-on, so if it can do what we need, I'd like to know those methods as well.
