Why every time I hit the create button it opens the Workspace panel?

Every time I want to create something new inside of an existing folder it automatically creates a brand new workspace just for that new thing. Also is not letting me transfer that new sheet or report in to an existing folder and it is very frustrating. How can I fix that?

This is annoying me more than it should! I don't need all new workspaces- I have all my sheets in folders how I need them. It needs to be an option to do a folder instead of workspace!

Totally agree, or at least a way to move sheets from one place to another. This is super annoying!
