Best way to have limited view to sheets withouts needing them to login to smartsheet.

I am not sure which way to go here! I have an intake sheet where different plants can fill out a form with their plant location and other information that all populates to that one sheet. I would like to have the option for when the general managers want to look at how their plants are doing, they can see just their plants. Now, most would be saying at this point, "Dynamic View!!". That was my thought too. But then I learned that they would need to actually create a smartsheet account to view this. Currently all GM's are operating out of sharepoint and I have been asked to keep it as familiar feeling and looking to the GM's, with smartsheet just working in the background. I guess I could just set up different sheets for each location and do data shuttle into sharepoint, but we have A LOT of plants and I just see a lot of room for error in this. Does anyone know of a workaround here?

I added the Smartsheet app to Teams. There, I can surface any content read-only for others to view. Set it up to use your permissions, read only. That ensures they have access, but can't change anything. What's also nice about this method is that I can create a dashboard as well, and surface that in Teams. I can show the project plan, some metrics, the Issues and Risks list, etc. You can also add freeform text boxes on the Teams page for information that may not be in Smartsheet.

I wouldn't share the project plan, though. I would, instead, create a report showing all the active/upcoming tasks, as well as those that recently completed. I would put that on a dashboard with other reports and metrics.
