hi @Waleed,
could it be that you have only view permissions not the admin permission?

hi @Waleed
if you ware owner you are having the ability to do everything with the sheet.

If the sheets and folders you are referring to are in the Sheets folder, it is slowly being deprecated. Everything is being pushed to workspaces now.

Hi @Waleed @Momo PANTHER,
I hope you're well and safe!
It's probably because of this. Smartsheet is making changes to remove the Sheets folder to simplify future development.I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!

Hi @Andrée Starå @Paul Newcome
Thanks for your reply , mostly as mentioned and smartsheet no longer support transfer files between folders , which limit the usage of folders
The issue is that we have to re-build all over , these changes we were not ready for not to mention still we are not fully aware of workspace usage -
Hi
I've been having this problem this morning and upon reading this thread I created a new workspace to house the sheets I need for our projects. However, I can't even move the new sheets that have been shared with me into this workspace. It's possible to drag and drop sheets from my existing folders into the workspace, but the three sheets that have been shared with me this week won't move out of my Sheets folder at all. I don't think it's related to permissions as I'm an Admin on one of these sheets. Any ideas?

@MMurphy They most likely live in the owner's workspace. If you move it to a workspace you own (especially one they don't have access to), that would replace you as the owner. We are currently in an "in between" type of spot with this where we can't fully migrate our Sheets folder to a workspace yet, but we don't have full functionality in our Sheets folder either.
I almost wonder if they are going to create a "Shared To You" type of workspace that acts like our Sheets folder for things we don't own and then force us to use a separate workspace for our own things.

@Paul Newcome Thanks for the explanation. This is very frustrating as it looks like I'm going to have to start manually adding every individual new sheet that's shared with me to my team's reports, as I can no longer move them to the folder those reports are set up to pull from.
You'd think they'd ensure the workspace functionality was complete before removing the functionality from the Sheets folder! This is going to make things a lot more difficult for me for a while.
