Control Center Global Updates - Remove Embedded Image

I'm trying to remove an embedded image from one of the documents in my Control Center build. I've been on hold for (2) hours with no end in sight and the email support has always been exceptionally poor when I've tried that, so I'm hoping the community might have an answer for me as this is time sensitive.

I have an auto-number column in my sheets which allows me to specify the exact cell I want to change. Normally this works fairly well, but I just cannot get it to pick up on this cell. I know I can't add a new image so I just want to replace with a blank cell. I've tried is blank, is not blank, is not equal to, tried using the description instead of the row id just in case, ran it on 2 columns - 1 changed, the image stayed. Tried searching the forums and google with no success.

Does anyone have any knowledge or thoughts?

I checked with our Support team and was able to confirm that your ticket has now been resolved. For other members reviewing this thread, I can confirm that it’s not currently possible to remove images inserted in cells via global updates, and they must be removed manually.
