Possible to send MS Outlook email Templates once a task is reached

I am trying to set up outbound emails to send to external parties for their deliverables, setting timelines, and forms to complete once certain milestones/tasks are reached with in a project. Is it possible to have a email template built / added and have that template pull in information from the sheet summary such as customer name, due dates, other attachments, etc…

Yes, I've done it for clients previously using the 3rd-party service, Zapier, but you could also use Power Automate or similar services. The Smartsheet API, the Premium App, Bridge are also options that would work.

@Hayden Vittatoe Sounds like you want to use Outlook to send emails with Smartsheet data?

Yes, that can be done but you need to do it over the API. Suggest using a 3rd party service like Make or you can use Microsoft Power Automate.
