In my sheet, I have a "Job" column, where it indicates if it was a breakdown or installation.
I have a "Date of Job" column, but this goes from 2022.
My goal is to calculate the total breakdowns for every year.

I will create the extra helping column that will take the year from your date =year(your_column@row)
you will have only years there like 2022, 2023 etc.
now you can using countif function :) hope it helps.
