Template Downloads

I am attempting to download a template pack via the attached download link. https://app.smartsheet.com/b/publish?EQBCT=ff8babf244ce48ef9551f89ced72570f
However, when I click on the download link, it redirects me to the sign-in page and then logs me back into Smartsheet without adding the templates.

I downloaded this template without issues.
Maybe first login to smartsheet go to the templates and try to find it the Project Intake template from inside.
Experienced IT PM and the Real Smartsheet Enthusiast.

Thanks for your response @Kowal. I rebooted my laptop and tried multiple browsers, but it still doesn't download. It still redirects me to the login page, even if I am already logged in.
From SmartSheets, I found another "Project Intake" suite of templates, but it appears to be different. -

Thanks, Andrée - unfortunately, it didn't work. I am using the EU domain for SmartSheets - is that a potential complication?

Thanks Andrée. I switched to my trial account (which was the US default one) and was able to download the initial link, and it worked.
We eventually signed up for an EU domain.
Unfortunately, the new link still doesn't work through Firefox or Safari. It takes me to the page, I click on Use Template and it still takes me to a login page, even though I'm already logged in. -
Thanks for your assistance so far.
I can download the templates via the Create in the APP, however, it's now coming through in French :)
I think I'll have to contact support about the download issues. -
