Dropdown options not appearing in automation window

Workflow Dropdown.jpg

I'm trying to create an automated workflow to send a link to an individual when the request type is "Bootcamp" however, that option is not appearing when I try to create the workflow. Any ideas as to why all of my dropdown options aren't showing up here?

    They may not show up if they haven't been used on a row in the sheet yet. Just because they are present in the column properties, doesn't mean they'll be there.

    You could create some 'dummy' rows and set the automation/s up, then go in and delete the 'dummy' data.

    @Hi @anuelle,

    I did a quick search and found 2 potential issues.

    Potential Issue 1:

    According to this thread, if none of the rows use the value "Bootcamp" then sometimes Smartsheet won't show that option in the automation workflow menu.

    Potential Issue 2:

    According to this thread, there's a 100 character limit for dropdown menu options.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks for replying. 1. All dropdown values are used at least once. 2. I don't think the character limit is the issue. I found a post that argues against the 100 character limit. I'm also having the same issue when I try to create a filter in the sheet.
