Report Sorting By Primary Instead of Sheet

Hello!
I am combining sheets into one report. I need to sort everything by sheet name.
However, somehow Smartsheet is sorting by primary instead.
I've tried to remove sorting and change it to sort by primary/date/whatever and switch it back, but I just can't get it to sort by sheet for some reason.
Any ideas?

@S.Stone I've noticed that same "An error has occurred in Smartsheet" message a lot lately when I create new assets. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes for the asset to show up in my workspace.
This does seem like something way out of the ordinary!
I would recommend filing a support ticket directly in the Support Portal.
Hopefully Smartsheet can directly help figure this one out.

Could you try using the Group functionality and sorting by Sheet Name that way?

Hi @S.Stone, I just created a report with a bunch of sheets to see if it was broken on my end as well. But it seems to be working for me (I sorted these descending).
I would recommend trying to duplicate the Report by clicking "File", then "Save as New". Then in this new report, see if it fixes the issue. If it does, then there must have been some really weird issue with that particular report.
If it doesn't fix the issue then there's a much bigger problem going on.

@MeganS no because each sheet name is [Project] - [Name]. Grouping by sheet name just makes the report much larger with the new grouping headings, and it's still sorted by primary after that.

@SSFeatures I copied it, and it's still insisting on sorting by primary.
I am getting some errors when I try to work with these reports though. Maybe there's a larger problem…
