Alert someone notification
This is my workflow set up, I tried to change something in the cell, but i was not receive any notification via email.

Have you checked your personal settings to ensure you are able to receive notifications from your own changes (bottom left)?

How exactly is that trigger field being populated? If it is by cell link or cross sheet reference, you will need to find a different way to trigger as automations cannot be triggered by either of those.

I tried with other email address but the triggering not working too.
i have 2 work sheet A & B.
Sheet A is contain all info, when certain criterial met then the entire row will copy over to sheet B
Sheet B didn't have cell link or cross sheet reference. User will have access to change info in column "HW current Q NBO QTY" hence i set up the triggering function to notify me upon changes.

I would narrow down the issue by changing the action to something else so that you can verify it is at least triggering as expected (add a test date column and change the action to record a date in that test column instead then see if it triggers and a date is recorded). If that works then you know it is related to the email action. I would also check the automation permissions (though as a sheet admin you would be allowed to receive email notifications).
You said you tried another email address and they do not receive it either. Do any of you receive any email notifications from smartsheet from other sheets?
