Get a notification when an attachment is added

I'm trying to set up automation that will notify specific people an attachment is added to a row. I have set up automation like this but it isn't working. Please help me figure out where my automation logic is wrong.

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
First, ensure that you have enabled notifications correctly in your Personal Settings (located in the lower-left corner). Secondly, check the Permission settings for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)
Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).
