Can't enable notifications to messaging apps

I'm trying to get set up to send alerts/update requests to Slack. I am able to get a standard automation rule to send an alert to a channel, but I can't enable personal notifications in messaging apps
I've already:
- added the Smartsheet for Slack app to my Slack workspace
- Connected ("Allow Access") my user account in the SMAR for Slack app
- Checked to make sure messaging app notifications are allowed at the account level (even toggled on/off for good measure)
- successfully tested an alert to channel via sheet automation
When I try to enable messaging app notifications in my personal settings, all the checkboxes are grayed out. Is there something I'm missing?

An Admin has set restrictions on the account. They need to be removed for it to work.

@Andrée Starå I am the admin/owner on both the Smartsheet and Slack accounts. As I said in my original post, I already confirmed that notifications to Slack/Teams are allowed. Is there some other setting I'm missing?

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
Please feel free to report back your findings because I've never seen this happen before.To rule out any browser issues. Can you test in another browser or private mode?
