I am looking for a way to automate a process to take data from a single row in Smartsheet and populate a template. Working in the construction industry, processes are slow to change and we still need to PDF documents for communication with our customers (RFI's, Change Orders, etc). I have setup the forms and procedures for our folks to enter there information into a "log" (just a sheet), but need that same information to populate a template that can be pdf'd and emailed.
I see the merge procedure with google docs, but we are not setup for google docs and the process is more manual than I am looking for. Has anyone found or has Smartsheet added any new functionality with its recent update to assist in this?
