Resource Management - Project Efficiency

I think the best option for our Payor Relations team would be resource management and creating projects however I dont know exactly where to even start. I've downloaded templates and watched many videos and it leads me down a rabbit hole. We offer services to around 250 practices and renegotiate their rates every few years. Should I be creating a project for each practice? Another piece I am a little confused on is the column data, do i change the column data to match what I am looking for? If anyone has any tips or could even jump on a call/email with me, I would be forever appreciative. It feels like I know what I need but cannot seem to get it accomplished with the tools that I have. Thank you!

There are many ways to approach your particular problem, none of them necessarily right or wrong - it just depends on the particular goals you want to achieve.

Hi @MarceHolzhauzen! Thank you so much for the details. Yep, I'm new around here and enjoying it very much. There is so much you can do and I'm just trying to learn it all. :) I would love to do a demo! I have a prodesk session scheduled for today. Is there anything I should ask them in regards to doing a demo for me?
