Request An Update Based on Attachment Status

Is it possible to set "request an update" based on whether a line item has an attachment or not?

I have a sheet set up right now that sends the requestor an email once their request is approved and they are supposed to upload a receipt. However, wondering if there's a way to set up this to be recurring every week until the receipt is uploaded?

Yes, you could add a Condition to send it until an attachment has been added.
