Alert Someone Automation Error

Hi all,

I have the following alert automation triggering off a date column, however since I added the "otherwise" it always sends two notification emails at the same time as if both conditions are being met.

I played around and even when all dates in the column are in the next 7 days, to meet this first condition, it is sending the "otherwise" email simultaneous stating no studies are running. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the IDs in the alerts to see if they are indeed coming from the same Workflow (which should be impossible)?

Thanks for your reply. I have double checked the automation is pulling from the correct column in that sheet, is that what you were meaning?
