Can I set an automatic response to forms submission?

I have a form set up to capture submissions of great work accolades from team members. I want to set up an automatic response to fire upon submission of a form to suggest a different way to reward great work. I cannot seem to find this capability in any of the discussions.

It should look something like this. The contact column would be the one with the email from the submitter. If you set the form so that users must be logged in, you can use the "created by" column instead.

Yes, you could add a workflow that triggers an update request or similar when a row is added to the sheet.
