Any Updates on Deleted Rows Capability?

I have searched the history of discussion on deleted rows capability and I'm not sure if an update on this has happened. I have individual sheets set up for market leads to review their data and either approve or reject a line item. However I want to be sure that the market leads do not add or delete any rows from their sheets. Has Smartsheet provided any solutions for this scenario? Thank you.

Thanks for the information on Dynamic View. I spent the day working with the capability and have several follow up questions:

1. Can I create a template for the Dynamic View similar to how I can with a sheet for each individual Market Lead or do I need to create a Dynamic View from scratch each time?
2. Can I create an automatic workflow to send the line items to the correct Dynamic View from my original sheet similar to how I currently do it within the sheets?
3. Can publish the Dynamic Workflow with the option for anyone with the link to edit similar to how I can with a sheet?

#1: Unfortunately not.

#2: The sheet ro report feeding the Dynamic View is set when you create the Dynamic View. It is not a sheet that houses it's own data. It is simply a way to view and interact with Smartsheet data similar to a report.

#3: In the Dynamic View settings is a sharing tab. You would share them to the Dynamic View there and send them the link. There is an option for sharing to groups and sharing to domains as well, but there is not an option to publish to the general public.

Yes, you can make a copy of the Dynamic View that you can use as a template, but you will need to update some settings for each. Still, you probably wouldn't need one for each market lead, but could instead use the Current User feature, so the user viewing the Dynamic View would only see what they are assigned to.

You wouldn't need to, because it'd either show what's in a sheet or multiple sheets using a report. Combined with the current user feature mentioned, you don't need to separate it in that way.

The way Dynamic View works is that it identifies who is logged in to Smartsheet and then displays content according to their access rights, as determined by the sharing settings.
