Links within form questions not working

So very recently I've noticed the forms we've created in Smartsheet look different. Mostly cosmetic (different fonts, boxes with drop down lists look more rounded, etc). But we also found out that the links we had put into the body of the "questions" on the form no longer open the link in a new tab. They instead open the drop-down list options. So in the example below, when you click on the How to Sign into Google Chrome Video Tutorial it should be opening that video in a new tab, but instead is opening the drop-down list selection (Yes or No). However, if you right-click the link and click on "open link in new tab" it will then open it correctly in a new tab.

This seems to be happening to all links that are embedded within questions that have a drop-down list (even on old archived version of forms that we haven't edited in months). The only link on our form that is working correctly is contained in a section without a drop-down list. Is this a bug? Or what's the issue/workaround?

    Hi @KavanM,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We've determined that hyperlinks on dropdown fields failing to open is caused by a bug and our Product team is working on a resolution. We are not able to provide a time-frame on how long the resolution could take but we are doing our best in order to have this fixed as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you can right-click on the hyperlink to get to the browser menu, then click on "New tab to the right".

    Thanks,

    Georgie
