Email alerts on reports?

We have 100+sheets that I have rolled up into a single report that contains due dates for tasks. I would like to be notified if any of those due dates are not met, without having to set an email alert on each of the underlying sheets.

It has to be set at the sheet level. If you have access to the API, you MIGHT be able to leverage that to create the automations on all of the sheets.
