At the start of the pandemic our healthcare system learned really quick they had to find a way to redeploy teams to the area's with the most critical needs. I got called in weekend one as a PM to start working in the ICU just to watch people put on and take off protective gear.

I was called in after a 12 hour shift in the ICU to help solve the problem of how we operationalize a redeployment center. When I walked in we were looking at excel documents, data being in different systems, unable to work together, no reporting, and so much more.

Our team used Smartsheet to help create a workflow and system of gathering information from front line leaders that would then lead to real work for colleagues to do. All in real time.

Well actually Smartsheet changed my professional life by 180 degrees.

After being IT PM for 15 years in 2019 I put my hands on Smartsheet and it made such a great impression on me of what can be done and how little cant be done that I decided to quite my work as PM and transition slowly to PM Solutions. Now 3 companies later I purely do Smartsheet solutions so it was ambitious plan but the job is so much nicer and rewarding.

I've created several projects from Smartsheet, and also utilizing the Dashboards to create a creative way to display content to exec leadership that is clean and user friendly. Instead of handing them an excel document, we're able to display nice graphs, and easy content for them to read. I agree with @Wilen FL, Smartsheet is both challenging and rewarding, i get such a high off of trying to figure something out, and then finally achieving it and building something beautiful. In other words, i am OBSESSED with Smartsheet!

My career and my eduction thee is lot of difference done Bsc Home Scien, MBA internship in marketing sector now Its been 2 years i started career as Smartsheet developer, When i Started I was unaware of this tool smartsheet now i am creating tracker form report dashboard in this using complex formula control center every day for each new task creating solution is interesting and gives in depth knowledge of tool

During Covid, Smartsheet was incredibly valuable to my organisation. As the product owner of Smartsheet for my organisation, I was tasked with helping teams to continue collaborating whilst we were all working remotely. By onboarding colleagues onto Smartsheet, it allowed continuation and enhancement of workflows. I also helped set up a staff skills database, which enabled our HR department to be able to distribute and organise colleagues around the organisation where they could be best used. In addition, I was able to configure a Covid declaration solution for the organisation that allowed safe return to the office.
