We have a solution that sends update requests to a stakeholder when a certain condition is met. This push notification is triggered by an automation flow.
However, when a large number of update requests are triggered at once, Smartsheet consolidates them into a single email, rather than sending individual emails for each request as defined in the automation flow.
Is there any way to configure this behaviour? Ideally, we would like each update request to generate a separate notification email, as happens when fewer requests are triggered. When the volume is lower, Smartsheet sends the notifications individually.
If this cannot be configured, could you please clarify under what conditions Smartsheet consolidates notifications? Specifically, from how many notifications does it begin to group them into a single email instead of sending them separately?
