Can I link file attachments between sheets so they sync automatically?

Hi everyone - new user here!

I have different sheets where I share documents with third parties, and they upload documents back to me in return. Is there a way to link the rows where documents have been added so that a document uploaded to one sheet will automatically be available in another sheet, without having to upload it separately to each sheet?

I’d appreciate any suggestions or best practices for managing shared documents across multiple sheets. If the answer is "no", how do you manage situations where multiple sheets need access to the same documents?

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

1️⃣ I would add the file(s) to a cloud service, and then they would be updated in all places.

Would that work/help?
