Previously, using a form link would auto-fill the email address for the "Send me a copy of my responses" feature. This is not be happening now, and submitters have to fill in the email address manually. Many individuals have reached out frustrated that need to complete the email address section.
Smartsheet did update the look of the forms and I checked the form in question to ensure we did not make any changes, we did not. The individuals now need to fill in their email address completely prior to having a copy of the submission sent to them, nothing is auto populated.
Does anyone know "WHY" this is change occurred? I want to be able to respond to others with a answer. Thanks
