We are looking to start sending out surveys to clients to gauge customer satisfaction. We will do this at the end of a project and we know the project name and client details.
I have created a smartsheet form that contains the survey questions, and the sheet does some high level analysis to measure and collate the responses.
If I send the client an email with the survey link they need to fill in the name and client details so we know what project the form is about.
If I was to populate the information and send an update request with this information in it, the format of the survey is not as nice as what it is on the form.
Is there a way to send an update request to someone with it looking like a smartsheet form?
How have others handled this?
