Hi Kristi!

I am a Talent Acquisitions Associate and use Smartsheet to track my candidate list that I need to make offers to and who are onboarding. As a recruiter for a call center we hire hundreds of candidates every summer so I share my info with stakeholders using reports and the WorkApps feature. My base sheet is sacred and very few have access to the original! Once I know the type of information my stakeholders are wanting am hoping to create a dashboard to report on that data for our next hiring season.

My IT team uses it to track who needs equipment once they are fully onboarded and updates the vendor orders and tracking numbers. The training team uses the information I share to create their training roster. My Hiring Manager uses it to track who I need to make offers to, offer task reminders, and AD credentials for everyone being hired, HR uses it to track terminations that feed to her term tracker using automations and my support team uses it to update onboarding progress. Additionally, my WFM team uses the information I capture to update their master schedule. All information is housed on my base sheet and everyone updates their role specific information via the WorkApps.

I love it and am interested in learning more! Like this year I used a formula to find duplicate names in my base sheet. My goal for next year is to create the dashboard for greater visibility and to capture my interests for specific data regarding the length of onboarding, conversion rates from offer to hire, candidate movement to different start dates, reasons for any change, etc.
