Sheet Vs Workstream permissions to external users

Hello,

My non-profit has some auditors in the office today and they are reviewing some of our project plans as part of the financial audit.

To be most efficient I have been asked to give them access to a particular project sheet. However I can't see to be able to share an individual sheet (the 'share' button is greyed out). I can share the whole workspaces though … am I missing something?

Surely it doesn't make sense to be able to share a workspaces but not a single sheet?

I am the 'owner' of both.

Appreciate any help or information

Do you get an error message? No (the 'share' button is just grayed out so I can't click it)

Are you the Admin on the account? No, the owner of the sheets and workspaces

Has the Admin activated Safe Sharing?

Does it show a message if you hover over the button?
