pivots and access permissions

does anyone have experience and solution for a failure of the pivots app to create ''accessible'' destination sheets in workspaces that I own?

The pivot creates the sheets, but will not run, and informs I have no permission to access the sheet.

pivots and sheets previously created are still working OK, updating hourly.

Yes, I’ve run into something similar with the Pivot App when it creates destination sheets that later show as “inaccessible,” even though I own the workspace.

After the pivot creates the destination sheet, open it directly from the workspace.

Check File → Properties to confirm you are the owner and not just an admin on the workspace.

Sometimes, the Pivot App will create the sheet under the integration account (if your org uses one) instead of your personal user account.

If you set the pivot destination to be in a workspace, ensure that:

Try creating the destination in your Sheets folder first (personal space) and then move it into the workspace.

Thanks That worked, despite I was the owner of the destination workspace, and owner of the sheet, I had to open the sheet and share the sheet back to myself.
