Hi - hoping you guys can help point me in the right direction. We have a dashboard currently in place, but it isn't the most functional so I want to see what other options there are.
We have a single intake form for multiple external partners. All feed into 1 sheet which lives in an internal only intake-focused workspace. External Partners do not have access to this.
We would like to set up a dashboard that our external partners can access to see the reports related to the items that they submitted, but not see other partners.
Currently - I have it set up so that each partner has it's own report and that report is on a dashboard that is published in a workspace specific to each external partner. This "works" but isn't the most functional. Partners can view it, but don't have the ability to copy/paste the text.
One thing I thought of was setting up the intake for each partner in their own workspace, but that would require me to manage and maintain the form for each partner as well as create a challenge for our internal users who want to see all items on sheet regardless of a partner. I guess I could set up a report sourced from all of them since they are all essentially the same, but not ideal.
Any suggestions on how to set this up and make it work? Someone suggested maybe WorkApps but I am not really that familiar with it - in the process of researching it now.
