Hi. I'm experiencing an issue when trying to add a Smartsheet tab to a Microsoft Teams channel. Every time I attempt to add the tab, I receive the following error message:

To resolve this, I contacted Smartsheet Help and was advised to ensure I have the necessary permissions. I’ve been granted the following roles:
- Global Admin
- Application Admin
- Cloud Application Admin
Despite having these permissions, the issue persists. I’ve confirmed that I’m logged into both Teams and Smartsheet with the correct accounts, and I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices.
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this error? Is there any additional configuration required either in Smartsheet or Microsoft Teams?
