Dropdown in form

Hi Community,

I created a form in Smartsheet with a dropdown column. The dropdown appears, but I cannot add or select any value in the form. It stays blank, and no options are available to choose from.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could it be a problem with how I set up the column type or the form? Any suggestions on what I should check or fix would be greatly appreciated.

You could add the desired selections in the column properties within the sheet itself.

When testing through the form, I had to create the field which would allow to to enter one selection, but nothing worked for a line break to enter more selections until I added the field to the form itself and then edited the properties again.

I would suggest reachign out to Support.
