Remove From Current Plan Before Inviting

Hello,

I'm trying to add a user and receiving this error.

When I first added this user, the status stated DECLINED. we think that it's because she deleted the email invite thinking it was sent accidentally.

BEFORE THE ABOVE ERROR

I tried to assign ALL roles to her and sent her the invite. She got this error message:

Thats when I decided to try to send the request with member role only. Now it wont allow me to send the invite anymore.

I've tried searching the help articles and none seem to work.
