I've been working to bring my PMO into Smartsheet for our documentation over the past 18 months. My team has made a lot of progress with using sheets to track assignments, out of office time, and the progress of change orders, but we're starting to run into some roadblocks when it comes to scaling our solution.
I've been looking into adding Bridge or AWM to our account to assist with automations, templates, and workflow management. We already have Resource Management, but haven't been able to align it with our current tracking processes and am hoping that these added products might assist with this too. I know it is quite a significant financial investment, so I'm trying to build a strong case for adding these features to my team leaders.
Does anyone have any uses cases or data they can share to add to my pitch?
