Hello, I’m writing to request assistance regarding automation notification emails in Smartsheet.
Issue:
I have an automation set up to notify people when I need jobs scheduled. However, instead of sending a separate email for each job/row, Smartsheet combines multiple notifications into a single, grouped email. This makes it difficult for the recipients to track and respond to individual requests, especially when multiple jobs need to be scheduled at the same time.
Request:
Is there a way to ensure that each automation event sends an individual email, rather than grouping multiple notifications into one email? If not, could you let me know if there are any plans to address this, or suggest any workarounds?
I should also add that this schedule request gets filled out through a form. I have attached a screenshot of what I do not want to happen.
