We use Smartsheet for creating schedules/programmes for a construction company, we use a lot of the same subcontractors across the different projects. We are trying to be more organised and Smartsheet is certainly helping with that.
What I am trying to do currently is when I put in the title of the subcontractor e.g. "ABC electric" if would change the colour of the bar in the Gantt chart to a preset colour, that way when I assign them in the Subcontractor column it would automatically change colour for the activity and make it clearer for the subcontractors.
