Hi, we are using Smartsheet for our construction company and are looking for some assistance.
When I create a new programme/schedule I use a new sheet for each project. We use a lot of the same subcontractors across multiple jobs and are looking to avoid clashes of dates for subcontractors on different jobs.
Is there a way that I can pull the dates for a subcontractor out of each project and just give the dates for their works at each different project as a new Gantt chart? for example ABC electric are working on project A in the first 2 weeks of October, project B in the 2-3 weeks of October and Project C in weeks 3-4 of October. Ideally I'd like to be able to input the subcontractor name and have Smartsheet export the dates into a new Gantt chart to show any clashes of labour, not sure if this is possible!
