Is anyone experiencing their dashboard widgets automatically being unaligned or they have moved a bit from your last save?
I am the type where I like things clean and aligned. Some may say it's OCD. In Dashboard, this can mean the edges of my widget line up, each section is centered or same purposed widgets are the same size. If widget edges do not line up, it is because I am trying to line up the content in the widgets from a Viewer perspective.
I built a customized Help Page / Resource Portal for our company that includes links to other dashboards. On these dashboards I have image widgets (used as icons) that align with a text widget where the edges of each image lines up with its associated text widget (see provided screen shots). Each icon is the same size with the same setting (Image fit = Fit; Margin = Margin). Even the source images are the same size.
Occasionally, the image widgets look as if they shifted up a row. When I click to Edit the dashboard it confirms the image widgets automatically shifted and is no longer lined up. This doesn't occur for all the image widgets on any of my dashboard. I have noticed this happening on other dashboard outside of our Resource page.
I make the adjustment to align my widgets and click SAVE. Days/Weeks later, the icons are unaligned again. I have not studied if it occurs on a specific # of days after the Save. I do know there is no change at least 2 days after the last save but won't recheck again until a week or more later when I notice the unalignment again.
I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone knows why this is occurring.
