Is there a chance you could consider adding these two features to make our workflow smoother?
1. Add Instructions to "Request Updates" Automation
It would be incredibly helpful if we could include a short description or set of instructions when sending an “Update Request.” That way, when users open Smartsheet to enter their updates (similar to how they would fill out a form), they can see guidance on what to fill in or any relevant context. This would reduce confusion and back-and-forth communication.
2. Ability to Delete Duplicates
A built-in feature to automatically identify and delete duplicate rows based on selected columns would save a lot of manual cleanup time and improve data integrity.
These small improvements would make a big difference for teams managing high-volume sheets.
