Smartsheet Form - Database

Good Morning,

We are currently using the Smartsheet Form function, from my understanding, when this is being used, it can be completed and saved offline and submitted online, could anyone shed any light?

or it could be completed online and submitted online.

This would usually then save on our database.

However, recently, this has either not saved, saved with half of the information or its completely blank.

We are currently trying to figure out the best way of using this so it people aren't losing data or experiencing issues.

If anyone could help or advise if there are additional functions to help support us with this.

Form is a web based form. Information entered and submitted will be saved to the intake sheet.

I dont see any function to save the form when you are in the middle of completing it to be continued on another time.

Offline mode is only available on the mobile app.

If you're still having issues and if you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
