Hey all! Just coming to the community board to see what options are out there or what others have done. I know today we have experienced a downtime with Smartsheet. Has anyone come up with a downtime procedure for times like this when it's down for longer than an hour?
I am just trying to see what options are out there. I work in the IT PMO department for a healthcare facility, and we have downtime procedures for the clinics/hospitals, and I have a feeling that with this outage our organization is going to want to look into a potential downtime procedure for projects.
